Reimbursement of Recording Secretary Fees

The board of directors of ________________________________________(Association) intends to vote upon the following proposed Operating Rule at a board meeting to be held:

Proposed Operating Rule: Members of the Association shall be required to reimburse the Association for the cost of hiring a recording secretary, if it is determined that the member has violated the Association's CC&Rs and/or Operating Rules. The recording secretary shall attend the meeting by Zoom and take standard minutes recording a summary of the hearing and the final vote of the directors.

Purpose and Effect of Proposed Operating Rule: To memorialize the fact that a disciplinary hearing was held by a quorum of the board, reliable evidence was presented, and a vote was taken.
