San Diego HOA Management needs to add several people to its staff. We are seeking people who are loyal, ambitious, hardworking, resourceful, dependable, and dedicated to providing our clients with superior service. You must have good writing skills, have excellent computer skills, and have the necessary experience to perform the job.

You will be paid very fairly based upon your knowledge, experience, professional designations and workload, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. You will also receive generous health benefits and after three years, you will be eligible to earn stock in the company.

We currently need people for the following positions:

 

HOA Portfolio Manager - Community Manager

This position requires knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and at least two years of direct management experience. Professional designations and a real estate license are a plus. See: HOA Portfolio Manager Wanted and HOA Portfolio Manager Training.

 

Assistant HOA Manager

This position requires a basic knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and at least one year of experience assisting one or more HOA portfolio managers. The right person will aspire to become an HOA portfolio manager within one or two years. See: Assistant HOA Portfolio Manager Wanted.

 

Recording Secretaries

The company is seeking to employ a part-time recording secretary to record minutes at homeowner association board meetings by Zoom Meeting. You must be a college graduate with excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing skills.
